Your role with us
As an account manager, you are a central and experienced point of contact for our core and key customers. In this position, you not only handle complex technical inquiries, but also actively shape partnerships and growth with our customers.

- Complex customer management: You will support revenue-relevant customers and handle challenging technical issues with the highest quality standards.
- Comprehensive project management: You manage the entire process, from initial calculations and negotiations with suppliers to successful delivery.
- Process optimization: You will play an active role in further developing our internal processes in line with your high standards .
- Neg otiation: You will independently conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms and delivery times.
- Customer development: You recognize potential in your customers and, through your technical advice, consolidate the quality of supply, thereby creating a long-term partnership.
skills
- Background: Several years of experience in technical sales or industry. Ideally, you will have technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic) combined with further commercial training.
- Expertise: In-depth technical understanding, ideally from an industrial environment or technical trade.
- Communication: Business fluent German; good English skills for supporting our international partners are expressly desired.
- Personality: You are a designer with high quality standards who takes responsibility and wants to drive processes forward.
