Parts Logistics Clerk (m/f/d)

In this position, you will fully fulfill the role of Operations Manager by being responsible for the comprehensive processing and order fulfillment for a fixed base of industrial customers. You will be the central point of contact for all operational matters and will ensure that technical inquiries are handled quickly, accurately, and to a high standard. • Efficient order processing: Independent recording and processing of technical inquiries via our portals and by email.
• Quotation preparation: Calculating prices and preparing accurate quotations for our existing customers.
• Procurement: Obtaining and reviewing terms and conditions from our suppliers in order to find the optimal solution for the customer.
• Customer communication: Active coordination and provision of information and clarification of technical queries.
• System maintenance: Comprehensive documentation of all processes in our CRM and ERP systems.

• Working style: You work in a structured manner, pay attention to detail, and maintain an overview even when dealing with many parallel requests and processes.
• Solution-oriented: You don't just manage, you enjoy working out the best solution for a customer inquiry.
• Background: You have completed commercial training or have practical experience (e.g., industrial mechanic) and would like to further your commercial development.
• Language: Excellent German skills; English skills are a plus.
