Zilken supplies hoses, hose assemblies, and couplings for industrial applications. Drawing on our own experience and an established network of suppliers, we offer everything from general-purpose and hydraulic hoses to custom-assembled hose assemblies, coupling systems, and hose clamps.
We work with the full range of standard hose types and, if necessary, expand this range through our supplier network: general-purpose hoses, water hoses, and compressed air hoses; hydraulic hoses in accordance with EN 853/856; chemical and acid hoses in accordance with EN 12115; as well as steam hoses, fuel gas hoses, mineral oil hoses, and food-grade hoses. The material, pressure rating, and resistance are determined by the specific medium being transported.
We don’t just supply the hose—we provide the complete hose assembly: fitted with fittings, couplings, and connectors made of stainless steel, brass, or aluminum, tested, and ready for installation. Custom lengths and custom connectors are standard requests for us.
We offer hose couplings and fittings, including Storz, tanker truck, and fire hose couplings, as well as quick-connect and Kamlok couplings, complete with matching seals. We combine the hose and fitting into a single system, not as two separate parts.
For safety- and media-critical applications, we provide 3.1 acceptance test certificates in accordance with DIN EN 10204. We stock hoses suitable for food and drinking water that comply with FDA and KTW standards. Versions compliant with EN 12115 for chemicals, as well as hoses for explosion-protected areas in accordance with TRBS 2153, can be requested directly.

Upon request, we bundle the assembly with the appropriate clamps, couplings, or other components into a ready-to-install set based on the bill of materials.
Yes. We have EN-12115 chemical hoses and hose assemblies for strong acids and alkalis in stock: electrically conductive, available as suction and discharge hoses, with inner liners made of EPDM, among other materials. For special media, we will coordinate the resistance requirements with you based on the manufacturer’s list.
Yes. We provide food-grade tubing, including FDA-compliant versions. We will work with you to determine which certification applies in each specific case based on your requirements and source the appropriate version through our supplier network.
Yes, we offer hoses, couplings, and clamps as a complete system. We stock screw-type hose clamps in accordance with DIN 3017, as well as clamping shells and tension bands; we also carry Storz, tanker truck, and fire hose couplings. We source custom designs, such as Kamlok, on an as-needed basis.
