Your procurement partner for hydraulic components, piping systems, and complete assemblies—from our own product line and through targeted sourcing beyond our standard product range.

Hydraulics is a field characterized by an enormous variety of manufacturers and product types. Zilken sees itself as a system partner in this area: We don’t just supply parts; we integrate ourselves into your procurement process—from individual cutting-ring fittings and pre-assembled units to spare parts management for operational systems. Anything we don’t stock ourselves, we source specifically through our network of over 400 specialized suppliers.
We handle the technical evaluation of your requirements and find the right component—regardless of manufacturer and without being tied to a single supplier. Given the wide variety of models and manufacturers in the hydraulics sector, targeted procurement is often more efficient than searching through limited standard product lines. You tell us the application, pressure, and connection type; we’ll find the source.
Hydraulic replacement parts, in particular, are often being phased out, even as your equipment must continue to operate. Zilken has experience in sourcing discontinued or hard-to-find parts or replacing them with equivalent alternatives—a key focus of projects such as spare parts management for Sulzer pumps.
When it comes to hydraulic connections, we’re specific: Cutting-ring fittings in accordance with DIN 2353 (24° cone system), primarily from Parker / ERMETO and often made of 1.4571 stainless steel, are a standard part of our product lineup. We’ll work with you to select the appropriate fittings for the transition from piping to hose lines.
Do you need a ready-to-install unit rather than individual parts? Zilken assembles ready-to-install sets and subassemblies according to your bill of materials—from hose assemblies with pre-installed fittings to complete connection kits, including a completeness check.
Hydraulic systems rarely stand alone: they also include hoses, piping, seals, and fasteners. Instead of dealing with many individual suppliers, you can consolidate your procurement with Zilken and reduce the number of suppliers you work with—all while benefiting from standardized processing, a single certification system, and a single invoice.
Whether it’s Kanban, just-in-time, or cost-center-based procurement: Zilken integrates the supply of hydraulic components into your processes. This ensures that availability remains predictable, even during bottlenecks, and your maintenance team doesn’t have to wait for parts.
Our strength lies in the process: procurement, logistics, and packaging as an integrated service.

Efficient procurement, purchasing and integration

Flexible supply, just-in-time & customized provisioning

Ready-to-assemble kits & bill of materials management—all from a single source

Services for purchasing, compliance, supply chain
To support its expansion into North America, Zilken developed an integrated assembly kit concept for HSP high-voltage devices. Up to 62 items are assembled into complete, ready-to-assemble kits and made available directly on the production line according to production logic: ready to assemble.
The result: lower process costs, consistent material availability, and a standardized production logic for the sites in Canada and the U.S.

Customers who purchase hydraulic hoses or connection components based on a bill of materials can also obtain them as pre-assembled sets. We assemble pre-assembled hose lines with fittings already installed and complete connection kits, including a completeness check—showing how pre-assembly and sets effectively combine procurement and installation.
Hydraulic components, fittings, hose assemblies, and replacement parts can all be ordered in a single purchase from a single point of contact and delivered together. As a system partner, we handle supplier selection, certificate management, and incoming goods inspection.
Gear and piston pumps, directional and pressure valves, cylinders, power units, accumulators, and filters are not part of our standard product lineup. We handle the technical evaluation, source the appropriate alternative from any manufacturer, and deliver it with documentation. Just tell us the application, pressure range, and connection type.
Yes. We supply and assemble hydraulic hose assemblies—such as 1SN/2SN/4SP in accordance with EN 853/854/856—and categorize them under our hose technology section. There you will also find the appropriate fittings and couplings.
We source rod seals, piston seals, scraper seals, groove seals, and other hydraulic seals specifically for you and organize them by category in the Seals and Gaskets.
Our product range includes cone-type and flat lubrication nipples in accordance with DIN 71412. We will coordinate with you to select additional hydraulic accessories, such as measurement and test connections, and procure them specifically for you.
Yes, obsolescence and spare parts management is one of our strengths. We identify sources for discontinued product lines or procure equivalent alternatives to keep your equipment running. Please contact us with the existing nameplate or the old part number.

Seals and Gaskets for maximum plant availability: O-rings, flat gaskets, and mechanical seals prevent leaks — standardized or custom-manufactured to drawing.

Hose technology for flexible connections: industrial hoses, couplings, and hose lines—safe, robust, and configurable for every application.

Fasteners for every application: screws, nuts, rivets, and bolts—DIN-compliant parts and custom-made products, from small quantities to large-scale production runs.
