Zilken supplies machined parts and custom parts manufactured to drawings for the full range of industrial requirements. The product line ranges from turned, milled, and sheet metal parts to protective and functional plastic components, as well as high-alloy specialty components made from heat-resistant steels and corrosion-resistant stainless steel alloys. These are manufactured according to customer drawings, standards, or samples.

Whether turned, milled, laser-cut, bent, cast, or injection-molded: Through our manufacturing network, we produce custom parts using all standard processes, ranging from CNC-turned and milled parts to sheet metal blanks and bent parts, as well as die-casting, investment casting, sintered parts, and metal powder injection molding (MIM). This means we are not tied to a single manufacturer, but rather select the process that best suits the geometry, quantity, and material.
We source molded parts made of heat-treated and free-cutting steel, heat-resistant 25CrMo4, A2/A4 stainless steel, and highly corrosion-resistant 1.4529, as well as aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and engineering plastics such as polyamide, POM, or PVC. Rubber and elastomer molded parts, as well as specialty materials such as 1.4462 duplex, 1.4541, or high-alloy nickel alloys, are also available through our procurement network—for a total of more than 28 materials in our current product range.
We source materials in accordance with applicable material, dimensional, and testing standards, ranging from material standards such as EN 10269, EN 10025, and EN 10088, to pressure vessel regulations such as DIN 2510 and the AD 2000 data sheets, to general tolerances per ISO 2768 and fits per ISO 286 for parts manufactured to drawings. Determining the currently applicable version of a standard is not a research task for us, but rather part of our daily business.
About one-quarter of our molded parts are delivered with a 3.1 acceptance test certificate in accordance with EN 10204, including batch-specific documentation of material properties. For example: For a power plant project, we supply expansion bolts made of heat-resistant 25CrMo4 steel in accordance with EN 10269, covered by AD-2000 data sheets W7 and W2, with each batch documented in a traceable manner. Where required, we also provide 3.2 certificates with external countersignature or initial sample test reports (EMPB/PPAP) for series production approval.
Custom & Machined Parts covers a wide range of products: cut-to-size parts, sheet metal formed parts, and parts manufactured to drawings for mechanical and plant engineering; protective caps and functional elements for sensitive assemblies; expansion bolts and threaded bolts for flange and pressure vessel connections; as well as sleeves, spacers, profiles, and wire mesh. From cryogenic applications at -196 °C to heat-resistant applications at +570 °C, available upon request as individual pieces with material certification or in bulk quantities.

Through our supplier network, we can also source high-temperature-resistant nickel alloys such as 2.4668 (Inconel® 718) or 2.4819 (Hastelloy® C-276) upon request, high-performance plastics such as PEEK or PVDF, as well as custom-made parts produced using specialized processes like wire EDM, hot forging, or additive manufacturing (SLM/FDM) for applications beyond our standard product range. The same applies to parts meeting aerospace standards, medical technology requirements, or offshore applications. If your specific requirement is not listed on this page, please contact us.
Zilken streamlines procurement for Siemens Energy through a European manufacturer cluster—enabling faster delivery times, tax-neutral processes, and greater planning reliability for critical components in plant and mechanical engineering.

Customers who purchase molded parts based on a bill of materials can also receive them as pre-assembled sets. We put together assembly-specific kits and component sets—pre-picked, labeled, and ready for assembly. This reduces the effort required for sorting parts on the production floor, keeps inventory levels low, and demonstrates how pre-assembly and sets effectively combine procurement and assembly.
Molded parts, gaskets, fasteners, and other C-parts can be procured in a single order, through a single point of contact, and in a single shipment. As a system partner, Zilken handles supplier selection, certificate management, and incoming goods inspection so that your procurement team can focus on strategic tasks.
Yes, upon request. These industries have specific requirements regarding certification, traceability, and documentation, which we meet through specialized suppliers in our network. Please coordinate the specific standards and acceptance criteria directly with us.
Through our network of suppliers, we offer the following manufacturing processes: CNC turning, CNC milling (3- and 5-axis), laser cutting, waterjet cutting, punching, punch-bending, and injection molding. For specialized processes such as wire EDM, hot forging, or additive manufacturing (SLM/FDM), procurement is available upon request.
Yes. We assemble screw sets and fastener sets according to your bill of materials—sorted, labeled, and ready for installation. Learn more on our assembly page.
No, these are not included in our standard product range. However, through our procurement network, we can source high-alloy nickel alloys such as 2.4668 (Inconel® 718) or 2.4819 (Hastelloy® C-276) upon request, complete with the appropriate material certification and acceptance test report.
Yes. We source custom-made parts from sheet metal (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) and bar stock based on customer drawings—including surface treatment and material certification. Please submit the drawing and bill of materials via the inquiry form.
A significant portion of our molded parts are supplied as standard with a 3.1 certificate in accordance with EN 10204. This is our standard practice for pressure vessel and power plant projects in accordance with AD 2000. A 3.2 certificate is available upon request.
